Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BondCam AI, including live match scoring, tournament management, club and team organization, and broadcasting features (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• The information you provide (name, email, skill level, and similar profile details) must be accurate.
• You're responsible for keeping your emergency contact information up to date if you choose to add it.

You agree not to:

• Submit false match scores or manipulate tournament results.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players, clubs, or organizers.
• Broadcast content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.

Tournament organizers and club administrators are independently responsible for the events, schedules, rules, and entry fees they set up on the Service. BondCam AI provides the platform for organizing and running these activities but is not a party to the arrangements between organizers and participants.

Registering for a tournament, joining a club, or joining a team means you agree to that group's specific rules (match format, scoring, conduct) as published within the Service.

When you start a live broadcast, video, audio, and score data are streamed to viewers in real time and may be recorded for replay. By broadcasting, you confirm you have the right to share that footage and consent to it being made available to viewers as configured by the broadcaster (public or club/tournament followers).

Some tournaments and clubs may charge entry or membership fees, shown before you register or join. Payment processing is handled through our encrypted payment gateway; refund policies for a specific tournament or club are set by that tournament's or club's organizer, not by BondCam AI directly.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile photos, club/team logos, broadcast footage). By submitting content, you grant BondCam AI a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing your match replay to people you've shared it with, or displaying your club's logo on its public page.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Live scoring, broadcasting, and performance analytics are provided for informational and competitive purposes and may occasionally contain errors or delays. BondCam AI is not responsible for injuries, disputes, or losses arising from participation in matches, tournaments, or club activities organized through the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BondCam AI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including repeated unsportsmanlike conduct, fraudulent scoring, or abuse of other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
