BondCam AI ("we", "us", or "our") provides a platform for live match scoring, tournament management, club and team organization, and match broadcasting. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or otherwise using BondCam AI, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Account information — your name, email address, phone number, city, and skill level when you sign up or edit your profile.

Match & performance data — scores, match history, statistics (serve success, win rate, and similar metrics), and tournament/club/team memberships.

Emergency contact details — if you choose to provide them, visible only to tournament organizers in case of emergency.

Broadcast content — video and audio captured when you or your club starts a live broadcast of a match.

Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected automatically to help us improve the product.

• To operate core features — live scoring, tournament brackets, club and team management.
• To personalize your experience, such as performance analytics and match recommendations.
• To send notifications you've opted into — match updates, tournament alerts, and club activity.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform, including preventing abuse.
• To communicate important account or service-related information.

When a match is broadcast live, video and score data are streamed to viewers in real time and may be stored for later playback (match replays, saved matches). Match statistics generated during scoring or broadcasting may be shown publicly on tournament, club, or player profile pages depending on your privacy settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Tournament and club organizers, limited to what's needed to run events you've registered for.
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, broadcasting infrastructure, analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continuously improve our safeguards.

You can review and update most of your information from Settings at any time — profile details, notification preferences, and privacy visibility controls (public profile, stats visibility, location, and activity status). You may also request a full export of your data or request account deletion from Settings → Privacy and Settings → Delete Account.

BondCam AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use of BondCam AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
